Yes, but I often feel like the odd one out in general. Partly due to neurological differences, NVLD, and always the new kid since move every few years growing up and moved around as adult ( it’s all I know) and if live somewhere more than 3 Years it’s home:) |

Yes some sports are not my favorite and really do not see the appeal of downhill skiing at 65 mph and then get injured from it, have surgery, and go back and do it again, why. Walked 30-40 mins yesterday and today walked equivalent of 20-30 mins. New goal include lifting small hand weights and core exercises at least 2-3 times per week and goal is to walk daily unless it rains or snows then yoga or exercise dvd inside. |

My dinner which consisted of chicken sandwich on Hawaiian bread rolls with sliced rotisserie chicken and mayo (reminds me of leftover turkey sandwiches after Thanksgiving), chips, and tasty honey bell orange. Then dark chocolate bar for dessert. Yum:) |

When I’m stressed my jaw pain or TMJ like symptoms seem to worsen. Even causes me to pause when speaking since the pain seems to worsen when talk in the phone. Talking on the phone doesn’t stress me out, just have stress in my life now. |
