Ironic that it seems most of the people correcting our "social skills" are control freaks that are criticized for their behavior a lot! I have noticed that everybody in society has to conceal or destroy parts of themselves to fit in and that disgusts me. We should have a world that embraces differe...

I kinda agree. I agree it's almost impossable to define aspergers because every person usually has there own degree of it. Also that some people can be very weird. But I also think that out of those many types of aspergers that a few of them are true aspergers.

*keeps chin up* I know this is a different and new question, but when I read about schizophrenia on Wikipedia it said something about people with the condition having a 15 year shorter life expectancy. What exactly does that mean ? I'm going to say that as they tend to be taken control of.. T...

No,no they don't. If they did we wouldent have so much bullying.. I findnit strange that a bully would hurt someone and be fully aware of what that bullying did to someone.

There are never clear cuts in the diagnoses and you can hardly say: "all people with ASPD are criminals" or "all people with SPD don't care about others" or "All people with BPD feel empty inside". Those generalizations aren't helping to understand a person with a certain diagnoses. Espessially the...

I have been "hearing things" for a few years, but within the last few weeks they have really ramped up. I finally was diagnosed with schizophrenia yesterday. I am picking up my meds this afternoon, and am taking niacin as well. I am 37. Late onset schizophrenia seems to run in my family, and I've l...

Yeah but it goes on case. I bet 98% of people with ASPD have committed a crime, big or small. If you're probably getting into fights all the time, and assault/aggressiveness, it's still a crime. Of all the people I've spoke to with ASPD, one breeds dogs illegally (she kills any that aren't "perfect...

All people with ASPD have actually committed crimes, whether they've set a cat on fire or put a brick through someones window. If they haven't committed crimes or been disorderly, they won't get diagnosed, so yes, crimes are punishable. Sadly I just have this in German right now, but it says in the...

Sociopaths/Pyschopaths have the disorder "Anti-Social Personality Disorder" Their disorder isn't curable, full stop. The only way to help any of these serious crime-committers, is prison. They don't want to be helped, they believe they are absolutely fine, and they love being how they are. They wou...
