I used to have anxiety for years before I started taking vitamin b-6. After I started taking vitamin b-6 I did have less anxiety but I would still get panic attacks from time to time and sometimes I would be paranoid (which is clearly related to anxiety). I didn't really do any research at the time ...

I take a high dose of Cipralex for ocd/gad/asd related anxiety, I talk more spontaneously, have less ruminating, no longer feel on edge from anxiety, have bouts of pure joy. I have come out of my shell, anxiety made my world very small. I do not experience any side effects, those went away after my...

Interesting question, I've been thinking of that myself. Probably the accommodations for us would be as invisible as the current accommodations directed at NTs are. There's a humorous take on seeing neuro-typicalness as a disorder here -> http://isnt.autistics.org/ awesome website. Will spend the n...

When I was a teenager, I would frequently misinterpret my friends' figures of speech. Examples: Friend: Kristy is totally going to say yes when I ask her Me: why do you say that? Friend: because she knows that I got money Me: uh...everyone has money Clearly he meant that he was rich, but it took me ...

5-HTP really helps me with anxiety. It's supposed to raise your serotonin levels. Works for me. its also really bad for your heart and you take an anti depressant it will straight up kill you. You shouldn't mix anti-depressants and 5-HTP. However, there is no concrete evidence that 5-HTP causes ser...

While I personally don't find many things funny, I can understand shows like Seinfeld and South Park: I see the joke, I see the punchline, I can see why people would laugh, but I personally don't laugh. In fact, I don't actually remember the last time I laughed. I'm not depressed or anything at all,...

Research investigations found, however, that conventional doctors are poorly educated about supplements. Consulting with a nutritionist seems to be the right choice. Also, taking supplements ough...
