that is the lazy man's way out of a JOB Hanyo!! Most people have jobs they HATE. SSI is NOT for people that don't want "That" job and it is not for people to get out of a job they "hate". SSI is for people that CAN NOT work at all. You don't need to "off yourself". What you need to do is look for w...

I'd much rather get ssi than a job I hate. A job I hate wouldn't last anyways. I'd either get fired or quit. Right now I'm supported by my mother and when she is gone if she can't leave me anything and I can't get ssi I'll be screwed because I can't work. I'll end up homeless and may as well off my...

@Sandee @edgewaters So, if we don't have a job, we are lazy? My short answer is this. She was asking about how to make money with out a job. Other than being on SSI or robbing a bank, I don't know how one can make or get money other than working for it. That is why I posted what I did. I still do n...

@Sandee @edgewaters So, if we don't have a job, we are lazy? I don't know where you got that from. I'm saying that sometimes people want to get on SSI since they "hate" to work. They don't want to work. I never said people who can NOT work are lazy. I know plenty of people on SSI and they are not l...

Also what would be the point of spending a large chunck of my time at a job I hate? Well, that's what people do, to have food and shelter and all that. I don't think there are that many people that really enjoy work. Most people hate it. YES, that is what people do. Most people have jobs they HATE....

I've had severe depression for most of my life. Not just adult life but childhood, too. People have been asking me if I want to try and beat if for good. I don't know if I can but I'll try. Can someone who has fully recovered from depression tell me what it's like? I want to read something positive...

Then of course there are those survey websites and I've heard of people being sent possible new products to try from soda to ciggarettes and ...

Yeah, it's been over 5 years for me if you are talking about working 32 hours a week. I did find a part-time job in Nov 30th 2011, but I was tutoring only 3 hours a week and that went down to 2 hours a week since the parent didn't want anyone tutoring her son. She was to call my employer and inform ...

How to I DELETE this post from the discussion board (The discussion board on jobs?) Back in 2008, another user told me I shouldn't post personal info up. I didn't listen and now last week some was looking me up. And I put up personal info up on many websites. This website was one of them. Now, I'm a...

I used to use this website back in 2006-2008. Someone (someone I do not know) was trolling me on another website a few days ago. He got my name and now I need to remove my name and address to **all places** where I posted my name/address up myself. But there is one problem. I can't remove my three b...

Well, I can't tutor for free. It's not like I have a job and I'm working for someone else. I need to generate a cash flow some how - some way! I already looked it up online for tutoring and they start at $30 per hour and go up to $80 per hour. When I tutored at $20 an hour in 2008, I was not taken v...

Parents, this question if for you. Well, I guess this can also be asked directly to college students as well. If you have Autism or Asperger Syndrome and you needed tutoring (not math), what kind of help would you like to have? What difficulties do you have in understanding class work? What kind of ...

Oh, I didn't realize there was a parents forum. Will do, thanks for the heads up. And I never used tutoring in my upper division classes and not once for my MBA. I only used it for algebra. I have to agree, I put myself through so much, since I can't stand asking for help.

Ah yes. . .well, I may be 2 months from completing my MBA - but guess what I'm not working, haven't been working since I lost my job in March 2007. I had four interviews since Feb 2011, and STILL no freaking job. It seems I CAN"T SELL MYSELF FOR THE LIFE OF ME. I need a damn JOB. I live with my moth...
