My husband works at home for Leapforce and another job he got through the university, doing research (he has a BSC in computing science). In our researches for online work, this site came up as the most reputable source of work at home links: http://www.ratracerebellion.com/index.htm It is mostly fo...

A shocker. 71 is not that old. I guess he smoked and boozed a lot and did a lot of drugs, but he looked strong.

I am so exhausted of trying to "fit in". I like who I am....I just wish I really knew who I was. I feel like there is someone else trapped inside of me. I can't explain it..... I keep trying to be positive. I'm just having a rough time right now. I generally feel much like that. Or, as I've gotten ...

Right now I'm a student, taking a few courses at uni, and I am stupidly obsessed with marks -- because I am really obsessed with understanding and knowing EVERYTHING!! !, at the level I am at, about the subjects I am studying, and marks somewhat reflect whether you know everything about the subject ...

The kids don't really understand. For me, when I owned houses, they had to have a fence in the front yard. Many parents are inured to the sound of screaming brats and don't understand that some of us are not. We used to have a neighbour kid that would throw his basketball on the wall of our house (!...

Same reasons we eat mushrooms and yeast-raised bread - because non-animal organisms are often delicious. Some people call it umami, a rich complex flavour.

I've done it many times. It's just an act, and it can be revived fairly easily. Don't worry about what they may be thinking. Normies don't think that much about trivial exchanges, and even if they do it doesn't matter in the grand scheme. After you get used to trivial stuff again, you will be ready ...

The reality is we are animals that use everything we have to adapt to our environment, which includes the social environment. Language is just another adaptation used for various purposes such a...

> hokey pseudocommentary On what? I didn't get that. It was a simple story of a guy trying to be successful and get the girl -- in a strange world where people are incapable of dissimulation and persuasion and think they know what is true. I found it funny the way it played with the idea of bluntnes...

> Is an "I'm not comfortable disclosing it" okay?

Sure, say what you like. You don't have to tell anyone.

I find a good deflecting answer is another question, "Oh, why do you ask?" Then they stammer or babble a bit, giving you lots of time to change the subject.

His game hobby is not as important in the relationship as your feelings. The game can go on hold. Your concerns should not. To my mind, he is obligated to talk w...

No problem for me with stores. I don't consider those social in the least. I can play a role like customer, teacher, elevator occupant, whatever, as long as I have a clear idea of the role. If it goes social, beyond mindless niceties, that is where the problem starts, where it gets personal.

That means inhibit your reactions (hard -- try meditation, lots of it) and don't respond until you've cooled down. Analyze wha...
