I hate it too. I often use plastic for myself because it is quiet, maybe others can too.

All ages so I have seen kids who likely were as low is Grade 7 to adults in their mid 20s and the amount of people causing the real problems are usually about 3-5% of the audience. At this point there are only about two venues in this lame city willing to rent out to metal promoters, both are small ...

I've been called Shelly too and I don't enjoy it, probably because personally I find Sheldon's personality to be extremely narcissistic. I don't want anything to do with the character, your opinion may be different though.

The thing is I do like metal and find it frustrating that an image that really no longer matches the music is making it difficult to access and promote it. I know first hand the image and the physical risk the leading factors in the ongoing resistance to holding the shows around here and the additio...

I have been into metal and a few other genres over my lifetime, metal is what I gravitate to when I am depressed or in need of some confidence. I'm not really into death metal or 80s metal, I am more on the emo-ish side actually. I mostly only listen to local metal bands and attend their shows quite...

Maybe your better then me at remembering and have a better time organizing free time however I wouldn't try to scribble notes down and fix them up later. Sounds like a good way to forget or lose details and personally while I would have the best of intentions I know would in the end fall behind and ...

I wish I had an answer other then I have the issue too and to do what you have to keep a clear head. Any way to have it read to you, perhaps an audio book?

I used to be a chronic gamer when I was a child to my teenage years, I mean every spare minute I was PC gaming and I am sure that is why I ended up needing glasses for nearsightedness. Sitting too close to the TV causing myopia is an "old wives' tale". Gaming did not damage your eyesight....

The skills learned from doing the real things are much more useful too. "Useful" for what purpose? Your definition of "useful" and my definition of "useful" likely differ. Perhaps bad wording on my part. I mean personally my skill sets are much more well rounded by doi...

Don't quote me however the way I understand it is autism translates to "self-ism", not something I want to be called, definitely not a complement. Asperger was the last name of a very nice Austrian pediatrician, I think I am OK with that. That is my issue with the word autism.

I don't disagree with the OP. Actually I doubt for many its not an interest in video games at all, it as expression of said interest. I used to be a chronic gamer when I was a child to my teenage years, I mean every spare minute I was PC gaming and I am sure that is why I ended up needing glasses fo...

I don't love either version however prefer the 4 over the 5, I think there is a place for Asperger's Syndrome on the spectrum as per the DSM as there is an extremely large divide between the ends of the spectrum and calling it all the same thing fails to properly represent those on it. I also find t...

I've never have wanted one either and the divide is quickly growing, Facebook keeps me informed with this. I think part of it is a fear of the lifelong responsibility and the permanent change in lifestyle combined with the fact that I just don't see the point in why I would want a family of my own. ...

Bad, pretty much the whole thing. I was either scared to death, bullied and was always in trouble with someone weather it was the kids or the administration, usually for no apparent logical reason. Good, graduating, maybe the odd time I won at something. It felt extremely great to prove once or twic...
