Well, I've decided to stop doing drugs for a while. Starting january 1st, I'm not going to buy any pot, the only time I'll use it is when a friend offers me some, which isn't very often anymore. I'm also going to stop taking the Dexedrine I'm prescribed except when I've got a lot of work to do and n...

Strangely stimulant ether does nothing or makes me tired/drowsy. Methylphenidate (ritalin) made me extremely drowsy, I was up to 54mg when I switched to dexedrine. I would take it and once it kicked in I'd want to go to sleep, then when it wore off I'd be irritable, tired, sometimes pissed off, so ...

In my experience people in general are more accepting in university, you don't have as much of the stupid high school drama, although there are some drama queens out there. Girls also tend to be more available but you have to make more of an effort to meet them if you aren't in a program that has a ...

That does suck, I'd suggest home brew (all grain) If theirs no specialised beer liquor stores near you I'm doubtful you'd find a reputable home brew store near you, that's 8) you can buy large sacks of grain 25 kg (uncrushed) and will keep easily for 1 year , ditto hops (keeps well in freezer) fres...

not necessarily but it can be detrimental if you're poorly dressed, or it can be advantageous if you're particularly well dressed.

I don't smoke joints unless I'm going out somewhere to smoke, otherwise I use a vaporizer, I'm a competitive athlete so I need to save my lungs. Blunts are ok every once in a while but they're a waste of weed if you're smoking it to yourself.

That reminds me of a Woody Allen movie called "Whatever Works" that has to do with exactly that. It's a great movie, go rent it.

I used to be like that, I could get pretty high by taking one hit and holding it, but that was when I was smoking about the same amount as you.

Another way to do it would be to first explain that you have difficulty reading non-verbal cues and then to ask where she thinks the relationship is going. This is something best left until after a few dates, asking this early is likely to scare someone off. Now if you're talking about someone that ...

Another thing, she already knows you have AS so you don't have to go through that awkward "I have AS and thus I have difficulty with..." conversation. She might not understand everything that comes with the diagnosis but she'll probably have some idea and that doesn't seem to turn her off. Give her ...

I've been dealing with the same ideas and I think depression definitely plays a big part in those thoughts. I think I'm on my way out of my latest bout of depression, I started taking Zoloft, but I'm on the lowest available dose so I don't know if it's because of the medication or because my worst s...

Kind of a long post, the first two paragraphs are a brief history of my experience with pot so if you don't feel like reading much skip to the third. Until I moved into the house I currently live in I never really smoked much pot. One of my roommates last year, who no longer lives there, was a bit o...
