| I was recently diagnosed and now my life makes sense. I know why I was anxious, why I did not communicate well, why I missed social cues and why I felt like an outsider. So, enough is enough. I got a ride to town (Aspen) from Clint Eastwood when I was eighteen. Entirely mute the whole trip, looked at his profile once, then looked away in embarrassment until I got out of his cool old pick-up.
That same year I also shook hands with Henry Kissinger; he is quite short. (i'm 5'10"). |
