Blue field entopic phenomenom makes sense, although sometimes I see the flashes of light and color directly ahead.

Hi I'm new- I'm losing track of how many times I see myself in these topics. I see these too, but for me they move like water bugs and look like cells. Sometimes they loop around in circles and sometimes they zigzag. I also occasionally see a spark of white light and sometimes with a flash of color....

Sweetie, you are severely depressed and I know how hard it is to see your way out of that black hole. I have been there. You must get professional help.
