Ahh, just got back from the gym about an hour ago. I did my shoulders. Today I did five powersets consisting of shoulder presses and reverse flies. Remarkably, I am still making gains in my shoulder presses. I thought I had plateaued a long time ago. Now I'm shoulder pressing 160 lbs (two 80 lb dumb...

I am more articulate in my posts than in real life. You can delete words, rephrase things and reread things when you're posting. I usually don't do that here. But in real life, I'm still pretty articulate (compared with most people). I sometimes get a little nervous when I speak, but it's usually no...

She's definitely a stunner. I'd say she's the most attractive girl on the show by far. I generally prefer girls to not be that skinny, but compared to the rest of the girls on the show, she's the most beautiful. I'm just talking physically the most beautiful.

Agnosticism is so lame. Why is admitting that you don't know whether or not God exists lame? If you accept that agnostic means you don't know whether or not God exists and you accept that atheist means that you don't believe he exists, you'll see that the two are not mutually exclusive. In fact, th...

I actually rather liked the explanation for the possible reason that aspies are more likely to be secular given in the article. It's because NTs are more likely to think of things in terms of people. They're interested in what people think. And therefore, perhaps they're more likely to personify and...

interesting but this board vastly disproves that. at least at the 100% level. True, not everyone in this board is a secularist. But still, the good majority here is secular. According to this poll I did here a while ago, about 50% are atheists, 17% are agnostics and 33% are theists. In other words,...

That's amazing that you can type. Do you have voice recognition software? or Vista?

I dunno... what else can you do? Read books? Find a new obsession? You're an aspie, you like books right? I can recommend some books if you want.

The same goes for me. I'm strongly appealed by body-building, mainly to be well fit and healthy. I have a hard time doing it constently thought, and I'm far from having a muscular body. What would you recommend as protein supplements? The powder that can be found in stores or a homemade recipe? I w...

Sense of smell. I remember one time I was driving out with one of my friends and I could distinctly smell marijuana. I asked my friend if she could smell it. She couldn't. She was dumbfounded. Then about 20 seconds later some guy in a sports car, from behind me pulled up next to me and passed me and...

When you know that all of your combined posts are getting near a significant number with a lot of zeros, when you make a post anywhere on those forums you add it up? And every time you make a post, and want to know what your combined post total is you go to all of those sites and add the numbers up?...

I kind of body build. I'm not very serious about having a huge body, but I am interested in having a lot of strength and being very fit. I like the hard work and I like using my intelligence to create a real world affect on something where I can see the effects: my body. I work out a lot though. Abo...

Funny story, AV Geek. I don't have any problems at all driving a car. In fact, I might say I'm an excellent driver. Must have been all of those videogames growing up. My dad, however, who is an aspie, is a terrible driver. I don't know how he has managed to not kill himself. He's very unaware of his...

I'm relatively intelligent, maybe a standard deviation above the rest of the population (an IQ around 115). I don't know, but that's what I estimate it at. But I voted yes, that I have been somewhat obsessed with intelligence, and actually I still kind of am. I'm also somewhat obsessive about knowle...

My parents don't remember my first words. Or the first words of their other kids. Some parents I have...

you know? I doubt there is really is such a thing as a first word. There's only the first word or phrase a kid utters that an adult (or someone) understands as a real word or phrase.
