What's your opinion about the Songbird software? (I'm using it right now and it works fine)

It's good, but a bit of a ram hog for a media player. I mostly use foobar2000 or Exaile.

I noticed that too. Other than that it's got a pretty modern user interface. Having the possibility to disable plugins is also a good idea I think to save some RAM.

It is a bit weird having a Gecko web browser inside your media player, and I'm sure that contributes to the bloat. But I have found that feature surprisingly useful.

My main complaint is that it fails at integrating into the system theme, at least in Ubuntu.
