I want to make one.
I know its not as simple as that.
I am very good at programming (i think) and i think i want to make a XMB OS unlike any other.
So how can i do this?
Was thinking about using Suse studio but i know there is a more professional more better way of doing it.
I love to do programming so i don't mind doing it.
And i can also do Photoshop work pretty well.
So i think i may be able to make a OS.
Whats the best compiler for a XMB?
Thank you.

Check out Linux From Scratch. It's a free book with information about building and installing a linux system from scratch:
