Talk to your ISP.

My ISP charges extra for a static IP address, so I just use a dynamic one. That changes most times if I drop the connection. Not always - sometimes it just happens to reallocate the same number.

If you have a static IP address, you can probably just ask you ISP to change it.

If they can give you a dynamic IP address, don't forget to ask for a price reduction!

Generally speaking, a static address is nicer.

you can also try a proxy server. Basically a computer all your traffics set through. It doesn't really change your IP really, just masks it.
