Boy Interrupted
http://boyinterruptedfilm.com/

Anyone else see this? It's a documentary on a 15-yr-old boy who commits suicide.

My own personal thoughts aside from the terrible heartache I feel for the family with their loss. I am not a doctor, but they pretty much described Autism throughout the entire movie. They seemed to think so much of that phychiatrist... my thoughts were they should have had a second, third... fourth, and some, opinions. Perhaps he might have been properly diagnosed and would have learned to understand himself better (and distinguish himself from his uncle) off of his medication, in turn avoiding that terrible end. I was improperly diagnosed up until I was twenty-nine, so this touched me even more so. It's just sad on so many levels.

This sounds like nothing more than a rip-off of "Girl, Interrupted".
