I don't watch a lot of musicals, but I will see this too!

However IMO, this could bomb given its release date is the same as Star Wars Episode IX and that the production budget for Cats is estimated to be around $200 million.

I wouldn't count on it. I heard that people walked out of the Episode IX screening. Rumors that the ending was terrible.

I’ve seen the trailer on TV. I wasn’t impressed. The costumes looked cheap and tawdry, as compared to the videos of both the Broadway and London casts.

I'm hoping to see and enjoy both! I don't understand why they seem to release several hyped films at the same time though. I was a little disappointed in the last Star Wars but did enjoy Rogue One and Solo so am hoping it's saved .

I also enjoyed both Rogue One and Solo: A Star Wars Story, so like many, I am hoping JJ Abrams can make up for what went wrong with Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

I'm sorry, but this film looks like the furries got hold of a moving-picture camera.
