Hi everyone! I’m not sure what I’m doing, just experimenting by making my first post lol. Hoping to find some people here that I can relate to

Welcome to WP! I hope you do find some folk here you can relate to...

However, can you tell us a little about yourself so we can gauge how much we have in common?

For instance: I'm a 69 year old man, ASD-1 (diagnosed when I was 64!), married to an ADHD gal (she's not ASD). We live in the mid-Atlantic U.S. but my bride was born and raised in Texas. We're both in Mensa and are both military veterans. And I really am double-retired, from computers. And we both like Sci-Fi.

And it will be very easy to find folk on WP who are nothing like me.

It was WONDERFUL!

So much of my past suddenly made so much sense.
Note: I wouldn't have minded getting the diagnosis perhaps a decade sooner. But, with hindsight, I'm glad I got it after I'd had enough time to firmly establish an identity for myself that was based upon ME, not some label.

Welcome to Wrong Planet.

Not much of an introduction. So I dug a little deeper. You like to play word association games.
You don't shave your legs which is a common female trait.

But you also wrote that you have a sensitivity to smell. That is a common trait for some of us.
I have a profound ability to detect smells. It can actually be very beneficial. It can keep you out of danger and allow you to focus on the potential threat.

You also like playing Nintendo games. Many of us love gaming in a variety of forms.

One other thing that crossed my mind. Are you related to someone else on the site. It seems strange that two individuals would possess very similar names, AnonymousAnonymous and AnonymousPlease and then communicate together on the site.
