Just to say 'Hi' to everyone - recently diagnosed and still overwhelmed aspie phones home. Did not get diagnosed as a child due to a high level of creative skills and reading a blue streak - no good with numbers.

I just turned 57 and am still not officially diagnosed. did well in school. have trouble with maps and handwriting. lost my license to practice medicine because I couldn't deal with hospital politics. here's to you finding a field that you can flourish in. welcome to WP.

Thank you! I lost a job at an art collage for the same reason, and various other jobs, too - finding out I has aspergers was a relief, in lots of ways. It explains so much that puzzled the hell out of me.

You're welcome  !
Of course, if you like Physics, that would be awesome but I guess that it's quite unlikely :P
Who knows? :D

I love physics, in fact anything quantum, stringy, space/time, multi-dimentional, anything that is not so-called darn "normal" and well out of the box, cats included. 8) Especially Mr Feynman, who is one of my heros.

Thank you Adam! and please overlook the trigger-happy form of humour (?) This has got me into trouble A LOT. :) My inbox is yours, also. My physics passion is based on a love of the ideas, my math was never up to taking it further, unfortunately.
