Is there anyway to get rid of distractions during my college years? At the moment, I'm buckeling down on some overdue work, tutoring a girl in my class english (she's heavily struggling and I'm the best at english in class), and of course, at home, everything's a mess.
I've managed to fix some of the distractions by staying longer hours at college, at least until the maids kick me out of the faculty hang-out room at 8PM, setting a timer interval with breaks, but I'm still heavily distracted! Any advice appreciated.
PS: already getting started on self-meditating to see if that can help a bit,,
