College Life: I'm Shmacked Movement
They say no alcohol nor illegal substance is being used during these parties, just as props.....
This video explains it all...

Has anyone in college currently taken part of this?... or will be?
Seems fun!!

I don't really get it.
This stuff happened all the time in my state between Illinois State, U of IL and other universities in Chicago.
I guess the difference is it's being filmed??
I believe people may not be using during the films, but I'm sure they pregamed beforehand. If not that's cool too but I just find it hard to believe.
I personally can't participate in anything like that anymore unless I was just getting hopped up on energy drinks. [Recovering alcoholic]
They filmed at my college a couple years ago.
The super crazy parties they film tend to just be about getting completely wasted. You will learn this is not fun. Having a few drinks and a good time with friends can be a lot of fun. Getting wasted, blacking out, and worrying that you did something stupid is not fun. Being surrounded by a bunch of out of control drunken idiots is a scary situation, not fun. Also, hangovers are miserable.
I would never participate in a video. Once it is out there you can not take it back. Employers will check your facebook. The school can also watch these videos, a lot of the students who participated were punished. One girl was a member of student government association, and was kicked off.
And the really crazy parties tend be a bit sketchy, because of the copious amounts of illegal substances and the wonderful crowd that comes with them.
