Sorry for the delay.

To the best of my knowledge, all forums have the same deleting rules. A post may be deleted until someone responses. At that point it can only be edited out. I will confirm that and write back if that is incorrect.

PS--edited to add that I just made a test post in the fun forum. I was able to delete it as normal. Are you having problem with a post in particular?

Hmm, well I just clicked the delete button on that post and it gave me the standard "Do you want to delete this message? Yes/No" response. So it seems to be working for me anyway :?

Did you want that post deleted?

An admin has confirmed the haven and the fun should have the same rules.

Maybe Sno and I see something different than you because of the mod stautus. I'll have my son sign in when I get home tonight and see what it looks like with his log on.

No

It just shows Me when I have posted something in the forums I have stated above even if I was the last person to post a response. That I cannot delete the post.

Maybe you should lock the threads in question. So no spiteful person comes along and posts, just to spoil his opportunity to delete.

Sorry Kevin but i am.

i have read your thread (rhymes) and i have noted that you can delete a post if someone else doesn't respond.

The the last thing i read was that it was a waiting game.

If your thread is locked up then no-one can respond. If noone responds you still have the opportunity to meet your wishes of deleting it.

Unfortunately Kevin there are people in the world who would do such a thing, simply because they think it would be funny.

I have got your best interrests in mind here. I've got your back.

A virus took my home computer down so I couldn't have my son log in. Sorry. I'm not sure when I'll have the darn thing fixed so that's out...
