Thanks, Waterfalls. I feel better now.

Though I've caught a little cold....one of those "change of season" ones.

I'm glad you're feeling better, Kraftie! Get lots of rest....even harder to have a work mask on when you're sick, and people expect it.

Yeah...I thought about the onset of a cold leading to what happened.

How are things with you, Waterfalls?

I know the feeling.

Sometimes, I'll go months in my little bubble, feeling like I've got things down pat then I hit some weird roadblock or stimulus and just flip and remember how odd I am.

Sorry, Sweetie. I went to sleep.

Why can't you sleep?

I'm glad you're getting more assertive on this Forum. You put forward good ideas.

I like your ideas too.

I did go to sleep but it was hard. Too much masking for other people makes it hard to sleep even though masking is tiring. Ironic, isn't it.

After a long hard day, you should create a dream world for yourself.

In a way, I do that. I listen to 1960's music on YouTube, then fall asleep to the music. I'm quite successful when I do this.

I listen to familiar books on tape or comedy podcasts. I can't stand the talking around me all day, but, when it's a recording, speech puts me to sleep.
