Only thing that's really gonna help here is Google. Most ROM sites, when you look at the individual rom, SHOULD list just which version it is, so you can make sure before you download it. Getting really specific versions of any individual rom though can be a massive pain. Search for sites that have N64 roms, and just start looking through them. I dont have any particular recommendations of especially good ones; most of them have some problem or other that makes them irritating, or just have random holes in their selection of roms.
Dont access any rom site unless your machine is well protected though. Many of them WILL happily chuck viruses and malware at you; they are not safe sites.
