I've never played the game, but I have indeed heard of Old Man Henderson.

I remember seeing this on... TV Tropes, most likely, pretty sure it was on the page for the game. It was hilarious and brilliant, and the way it manages to simultaneously undermine any serious attempt to play it and be far more successful than one is just perfect.

That right there is half the reason I play TTG's. So much more room for creative insanity, and if I have some time and access to a rule book I can be very creative.
