No, I'm from Australia, but yo wont see many of us on the internet not because we don't have it, but because we have a measly 22 million people in this country as opposed to the USA's 300 million.

Such a vast place and so few people, and I still think there are too many humans here.

It would have reached 100% if the government didn't have this policy of different school boards (ICSE, CBSE, state, zilla parishad, national open school....) and different mediums of instruction (English, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Oriya, Bengali, Punjabi, Marathi + another dozen and a half languages). Blame the constitution.

India adds one Australia to its population every year. xD
