Besides that I'm an Aspie, I'm also a believer.

I believe in God. 8)

Send me a reply if you believe in HIM.

Atheist people have to explain themselves.

We are never sure what is what.

But we will go so far.

I am not be nature a believer but a skeptic.

I believe a number of this which match no established creed perfectly.

My beliefs include the God of Christianity.

I do not believe atheists have to explain themselves.

I do not believe I am without doubt to youward

I just wanted the ground terms set you capitalized all three letters suggesting it was a acronym.
so what does H.I.M. stand for?

as for my theism
as I have said before
of all the gifts the Creator in His infinite wisdom saw
fit to bestow on me
Faith was not one of them.

I fear I am a constitutional agnostic (politically, scientifically as well as religiously)
although on some days if the mood hits me just right
I am an apatheist.

---------------------

I was a little dubious - some of us can get suspicious, and that "Atheists explain themselves" Is a little offputting.

Noting you say you re in high school - good luck with that, some of it was not much fun for me - I took the liberty of looking ast your posts - Wrong Planet lets us rummage through that part of your file.

Overall pattern of your postings suggest I do not need to be waty of you, Fine so far.

But it COULD be in your interest if you are calling for explanations to ask BOTH sides of the question, Else in a VERY politicized forum you may sound like you are looking for a fight.

+1 for what Philologos said.

Also, count me in. I am a believer.

No, I am not a believer. What do you want me to explain?

I'm M_P, I'm an Atheist, and your omnipresent God who is omnipotent and omniscient as well as obsessed with ensuring everybody knows who he is has failed to give me one inkling of evidence for his existence.

I believe in god, I have my doubts about religion due to past personal experience.
I also believe that everyone has there right to free spiritual expression if it be religious or iireligious.
I also believe that spirituality can both be apart & separate from religion.

I believe that we are free to choice our own spirituality or lack of spirituality just the same as choosing to be religious or irrelgious.

Atheists, send ME a pm, and we'll have a circle-jerk like this thread is, about our NON-belief in deities, and any other non-beliefs we might have in common. 8)

Theists, get to 'splainin. Start with some studies evidencing god- "we dunno" conclusions don't count.

And......

go.

Which is because in his irresistible and inscrutable wisdom he has determined you are most useful in the Universal multidimensional go game as an atheist. Why? Ask him, I dunno.

And......

Bethie - do you WANT to be convinced God exists? Then go to the source, ask him difrectly.

If you do NOT want to be convinced, why play "say something so I can ridicule it"?

What source exactly?

Can't she have the right to not believe due to lack of any conclusive evidence?

Your analogy still assumes that atheists are wrong... Or would be wrong, if they existed.
