I can not understand how people call Obama a raging socialist. His healthcare plan makes real socialists and social democrats cringe at its uselessness. And his big bail outs anger the left just as much as the right. His policy seems to be to nationalise the losses and privatise the profits.

If corporations are people, then the US is extremely communist.

Corporations shouldn't have to be subjected to market forces! They have an inherent dignity as people, and they should receive assistance from the state!

Obama doesn't even know what communism is.

Obama is more of a republican then people even realise he is apart of the wrong party if you ask me even when the democrats had controle he still couldn't get things passed into law cause the Democrats where not working with him.

If he was a republican, he would not have been elected. The republicans don't want to elect a black president. They also want everyone to do as they say.

He's definitely not socialist.

I am not saying he is just saying it was a logical choice for him to run as a democrat though he never acts like one even Bill Maher thinks that about him.

Obama is a corporatist. Almost all Republicans and Democrats are corporatists.

As for these corporations paying "no taxes", that's not simply not true. They pay thru their employees and shareholders.

Exactly, that is why I laugh when people say the democrats and republicans stand for different things, does it occur to people that democrats and republicans are both the government.

Read Animal Farm and change "party" to "corporation." (other changes will be necessary) My point is to read that book with communism being replaced by corporatism. They are the same and that's scary.

more correctly they are Statists. The corporation as we know it is a creature of the State. In a Stateless society there would be business firms (of course) but no corporations such as we know them. A business firm is incorporated to protected from the fullo burden of the laws.

Because Obama Care is proof that the United States is a commie nation.

Germany under Chancellor Bismark has social security and government paid medical care. That was hardly a communist state.
