Possessing child pornography doesn't hurt anyone, it should be legal.

Why should the possession of a non-photographic image of child pornography even be a crime. Since the image was synthetic it did not involve an actual child being used in a sexual manner. It is the product of imagination (however base and foul the imagination). Since there are no live children involved in a mere drawing why is it an actionable matter?

This is something I was not aware existed.
I see your point, it is more an issue of revulsion than a crime.

It can be argued that even with a computer generated image of a child as a sexual object, the pedophile would eventually want to experience the real thing.

I will never understand why someone who finds themselves attracted to children wouldn't immediately seek prevention therapy.

But as for my original subject, donation of organs from living people...
I would wish to arrange the donation of my own useful parts if I became incapacitated.

I would like it to be an option to choose my own euthanasia and schedule it with organ donation.
Currently this is illegal, and donors can only be taken from those who die in hospital with available facilities.

Perhaps because the world is full of people who'd want to see you castrated and killed simply for admitting such an attraction? Possibly involving a volcano?

Anything can be argued, but the research suggests otherwise in this case.
