Any chance the reformists might ever win the elections in Iran?

To be honest, I didn't know that Iran's government allowed the elections to be free and fair. Don't they suppress opposition from the reformists?

They've already won, Jono.

The elections at least.

I doubt much changes, he's still the Ayatollah approved 'reformist' so he's still pretty conservative. Hopefully him and Obama can work for a reset of relations, didn't work out so well with Russia so I don't have much hope.

Yes they need to be more like here in the US where it looks like we have a choice when we really dont.

Iran is an insane asylum run by Shi'ite Muslims.

I would like a light on Iran too. Preferably a 10 megawatt laser beam aimed right at the main Mosque.

Man can't do Shi'ite. He's useful to the regime because he can provide a PR cover for the Islamic Republic so that they can continue building their nuclear weapons and torturing freethinkers.

I want to know when this chap loses it and blames everything on the Jews. It's a sport of the entire region, so it shouldn't take long.
