This is a highly prejudicial remark and a personal opinion but there is something about Australia that reminds me of Texas.

I don't quite know what that means, I suspect you are suggesting that Australia is very conservative and you would be correct. It is also quite racist, although we are a fairly peaceful place so this is a little inconspicuous. The general population is very apathetic when it comes to politics and also allows itself to be spoon fed by the mass media, the only reason people will get upset about this filter is if the internet slows down. :roll:

And yep, it is also not so good for liberals who really want to do good for the country in a slightly unconventional manner... not too good for the Oz.
