Basicly The FCC makes new rules to keep companies from dictating what web sites people can access. I am happy with that, the 2 republicans on the board have been fighting certain measures though citing that rules may impact internet investing. (gotta look out for the rich, ya know. ) but other than that I am pleased that the FCC is looking out for the people's voice as the internet is the only remaining free press in the US as all the other media, newspapers, cable news, magizines, etc are coorprate owned.

It is also in defiance of a court order and bypassed congress, quite frankly I think the FCC may end up defunded in 2011.
