So the truth comes out, and Bernanke says that the true amount wasn't disclosed to quell bitterness towards banks. Well, I'm sure as hell bitter about it now.
Of course the markets don't care, as long as those pesky poor people don't own too much stock, when they get too much stock will go down, but then the smart rich people will buy it back up, making it high once again!
