Pedal-powered table charges devices in meetings

While reading this I was moving my feet, like I often do. Stimming, ADHD, whatever reason.
As a supporter of sustainable energy, I wondered if someone could design a generator that would make use of our stimming/repetitive actions to generate power. I wondered how much of my energy was getting wasted every day, every week, every month.
Your thoughts?

Umm, the table does not get charged by the pedals. The devices do.

Yeah, I kinda gathered that. I wonder how many at the table would be willing to use the pedals. I also wonder how many at the table would be on the spectrum.

Hmm, so you don't think it's a practical possibility. I'd like to know what is your idea of practical.
The last time I checked, more than 1% of the population was on the spectrum.

I'd like the devices and appliances at my home to work on foot-power and solar power. It's better than paying the power company to destroy the environment.
