"It is designed to have effects in the human body at very low levels. That means it will also have a significant impact in the environment."

I've never heard of this, but I see a potential military application for this stuff. Maybe we should dump it in Iran's water systems. The mullahs and Aquavelvajob or what ever his name is might all become eunichs!
