I doubt that this will get very far.

The major country that is propping up North Korea is China. If we put too much pressure on China, they'll stop trading with us. Our billionaire overlords don't want that.

In other words, we won't be able to properly deal with North Korea until we free our democracy from the corporate Cordyceps.
