Feeling a little better.
Still can't sleep.
Bouts of insecurity and clinginess are creeping up again. It's a long wait until mid January.

All is well. A merry christmas I shall have

4, the last of the food shopping is done... no more crazy people with trollies, 'playing chicken' for the last parking space, or pan pipe covers of Christmas songs... It's a good day.

Feeling high as hell from a day of anxiety due to taking some lorazepam, a couple gravols and now some medication for my strep throat (which we caught early so it doesn't get worse). Yee-haw I guess.

+1 Sometimes I feel like I'm bellyaching, but I feel Restless. Hungry. Unsatisfied. I feel unappreciative for the good things when I complain, but it gnaws at me. The need for unfettered self expression. To capture what dances on the tip of my tongue. To express the gratefulness, wonder, loneliness, separates, the acceptance and not so much.

Jokes, hugs, and raisins soothes it all.
