I really hate having daily anxiety & have trouble breathing, now I’m in more pain, my ribs can hurt, I CANNOT HANDLE it! I want to quit life! Maybe I will get lucky & stop breathing. I been having muscles pain in my legs & arms.

Do you try streching? Or walking? These activities can help to make you feel better and relieve your muscle pain. I find swimming calms me down a lot. I know you have been having trouble lately. Try to do things that relax you.
