My sensory integration doesn't feel too good today... I'd go for a lower number, though I'm not sure which.

It's really hard to say. Things have been getting bad again (which is why I came here in the first place...to maybe meet people in a safe place to feel a sense of belonging.)

I guess today I would say a -1. It wasn't the worst day but my anxiety has been through the roof. I don't know whether my life has been falling apart or it's been coming together.
