If you were expecting Killers of the Flower Moon to win big awards the other evening during this year's Oscars (but haven't known), it won zero.

Barbie won for Best Original Song. ("What Was I Made For?)

Oppenheimer won 7 Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Director.

Poor Things won 5 Oscars including Best Actress.

Godzilla Minus One won for Best Visual Effects.

I love to cook. I was just in my happy place for 90 minutes making beef stroganoff, prep time and all. I always flour the beef to tenderize it, and this was a top sirloin, so it will melt. :) Shallots, onions, lotsa mushrooms, and almost a cup of sour cream. Yums.

(edit) oh yeah and celery and shaoxing wine :)

Did nothing all day.

Best I did was cooked my own food and that's mostly it.

Same. Well I did have a surveyor visit my property but he was in and out within a matter of minutes

I did all my housework yesterday. Shampooed the carpets etc

Food shopping in the morning and then I'll settle down for the racing in the afternoon

If you wanted to see Godzilla Minus One when it was in theaters, but missed it, expect the
DVD/Blu-Ray release to be either this August or September.

You are certainly not the only one who has these feelings.

I often feel the same way too, with an example (although not the only one) is that
I have yet to move out and into my first apartment.
