Well Brissy is not normally this cold and this early on in the year, well not since I can remember. About very moderate climates I would suggest the northern NSW coastline, since I grew up in Coffs Harbour I would recommend the city and cities like Ballina or Byron Bay that make up the Northern Coast for perfect climate almost all year round. =)

No, it's not sarcasm, I'm going on the basis of what kind of fruit grows where :)

I've heard of similar adventures in architectural engineering in Western Australia, associated with opal miners.
