have turned their parking spot into their patio.
They now have two patio chairs there and then they finally put cones at their parking spot. I wonder if they will put a table there next? 
Since they don't even have a car, I guess they had decided to use that space as their patio since our apartments don't have a patio. We each have one parking space for our car. My car parks right next to their patio because they live right next to me.
