check the picture size, the guidelines should be in your personal page...I think it's some odd size lie 117 or 170
or somthing'


My avatar doesn't work either; if it's not mandated breaks, it's holidays, time off, comp time, you name it...;)

Maybe the problem lies in getting the picture from the site you got it from, to your avatar space. Maybe you could copy it to your computer and then upload as your avatar from computer instead of a link.

There might be something wrong with the server. I tried to respond to several threads tonight and got a page telling me that to avoid spam, my computer was specifically being blocked from posting to that page. I've also seen a blank white space where some peoples' avatars should be.
