and if so is there a reason? Perhaps you sleep during the day since you work nights or perhaps no reason at all. For me it's go to sleep about 10PM-12AM (more than likely 11PM) and wake anywhere bewtween 9AM and 11AM (today was asleep at 11PM wake at 7AM (had to pee) then back to bed until 11AM. My family HATE me sleeping in so late. LOL!

I go to bed between 12 AM - 3 AM and wake up between 9 AM - 11:30 AM.

I really like staying up late and sleeping in because the nighttime is really peaceful, and I don't have school or work so there's no reason to get up in the morning.

I gravitate towards later and later nights until I force myself to bring it back down. I think I have a 25 hour cycle. There's a term for that, but I forget it.

Pretty much whatever I want. On weekends I usually stay up all night and sleep till afternoon. I'm not a morning person at all.

I usually go to bed at 10pm and get up at 5:45am (got to get up early to walk more dogs before heading off to work).

It is nowhere near enough sleep.

I mostly work from home, so my sleep schedule can be very erratic. On days that I don't have any meetings, it tends to be from 4:30AM until whatever time I wake up. On days that I do have meetings, I lay down from ~3:00-7:00... don't necessarily sleep, but try.

i usually end up falling asleep in the early morning, 1-5AM, and sleeping approximately 12 hours. I just hate to sleep at night for some reason, it's like my favorite time of day :P .

I have kids so I have to be on their schedule. I usually sleep from 11pm-6:30am but it's never a straight sleep. I usually wake up every 2 hours. My oldest (11 and also ASD) has similar sleep patterns so he usually has a nap around 10am-12pm so I nap too. We both sleep better during the day than we do at night. I need a good amount of sleep to function well.

Usually I go through an insomnia period every 3 months and then I'll crash and have a solid sleep for a few days. It's pretty erratic.

I generally go to bed around 11pm and wake up around 6.45am. I work mornings Part-time and so I usually take a nap around 2pm or 3pm unless I have a lot do to that day

I go to bed at 10pm and get up at 6am, even on the weekends. I work at a bank and have to be at work by 8am monday to friday. The weekend timing drives my wife up the wall. She likes to sleep in. And I am up at 6 am.

I usually go to bed around 10:00 every night, and wake up at 6:30 mondays-thursdays for school. I sleep in until 9:30 over the weekend. The most irritating thing is that on days I get up early, I want to sleep in more, but on the days I'm free to sleep in, I have difficulty sleeping in. Just keep getting woken up by my parents talking to each other, the sun, and my stuffy nose :P .
