I was up at 2 in the morning again. I watched some positive autism videos and did some circular loom knitting for an hour and went back to bed.

I've got no words for whatever it is that she wants to say.

She's only showing it to me in pictures.its like flash cards in my head....pink

I can't even make it out well enough to Google image it so I can turn it into words

I think she's happy though so that's all what counts

Figuring out the internal temp change WHILE dealing with nationwide heat waves of summer.

Usually, I never had to deal with potential heat exhaustion.
Cold body temp was my 'norm'. Blood pressure issues never a problem when it's perpetually below normal. Heart beat is always weird regardless of what I do.

Anything else might as well be like any other worse sleep deprived symptom that I've been dealing with for so long. Learnt how to function like that.

On top of the recklessness of not listening to my body out of spite.
40 C heat index in high noon? Don't care! I'd take one of those hours walks, cool off in places, say, in the mall and drink some from there, buy or whatever and then to home.

Worst thing it can happen to me is darkened skin, tons of thirst, maybe some headaches and the classic sensory exhaustion that just want to make me get rid of the clothes I'm wearing because everything felt heavy from the stress.

Nothing I never dealt with for most of my life.

Now? Hmmm...
Body temp and blood pressure base is a bit higher than my old usual.

And age.
Also my decision making is affected.

I don't do paid commute over a place where I can reach within a 10 minute walk. Heck, in some cases; I even decline free rides from passer-by acquaintances.
Suddenly, I'm willing to do bargains with that?

My sensory issues didn't change. At least not the external ones.
But the way I process and perceive in the inside did.

I became more willing to listen to my body, more willing to sit with my emotions...
Instead of this -- you know the feeling that the gas pedal is stuck and perpetually pressed, and you're trying so hard to hit the breaks that it strains you?
None of that now.

In turn, I had to learn how the internal gas pedals and breaks works. Knowing when and when not to press it.
I never had a chance to learn that the whole time.

Some people actually wish they were taller. They should be glad they're not.

 If I were talented enough with words, I would've wrote a book titled; Switched Off: Finally, my emotional gas pedal is no longer stuck down

And it's not a parody. It's not a satire. But it can look and sound like one...

I think certain people make an occupation out of alerting the authorities of perceived wrong doings but I wonder how many of those alerts are actually taken seriously and I also wonder if the alerter has a little victory dance when when they are

This is how brain works
