I recently got a year-old cat from a friend...she's healthy, tears around the room like anything. She has an odd gait when she walks, though, and she can't jump higher than my couch - even my bed is too high and she has to claw her way up. Is there anything to be concerned about? Or, since she seems fine in all other regards, should I just be glad that my table and desk are safe?

Sounds kind of odd to me, but I'm no expert. Ask a vet?
