Is one considered a message board regular, if they do a lot of reading, rather than posting? (not necessarily more often than not)

Myself I say no because for one this is the first time I seen a post of yours that
I know of. One thing I learned talking to people in my life is everybody has usefull
knowledge. So in some ways your not sharing the knowledge as good as others.
Granted I've not read your past posts the quality of your posts maybe great atleast
50% of mine are just useless fun maybe a small percent helpfull. Have you ever
sat on usefull knowledge knowing you might have an answer for someone? If the
answer is mostly "No" then your doing fine.

I'm curious to know what message board users think (in this case with the aspie angle) think about their fellow board members on their viewing and/or posting habits.

I'm not referring to solely this board.

Well, personally I'm not very concerned with what other people do, as long as they don't engage in personal attacks.

Board lurkers don't always have something to add. On some boards there is more reading, learning and trying to get to know people's online personalities before delving in.

I'm referring to those that post intermittently, anyway. This question doesn't really serve for the true lurker/doesn't can't pull things out of the air to discuss an issue member.

I'd say no because unless you post frequently enough other people will not know you, so it will be as if you are just a lurker.
