I forget if it's Kentucky or Tennessee, when you drive up to a rural intersection, stop, get out of your car, fire your shotgun twice in the air, and then proceed.
Phoenix used to lave a law and I don't know if they still do that required shop owners feed and water customers' horses. That might have been repealed in the early '2000s after some rancher made a downtown area walmart do it on a dare from some local radio shock jocks.
