You know that bizarre book about a death prediction machine, that book that was inspired by a comic about a talking dinosaur, compiled from random people's submitted short stories, and skyrocketed to #1 on Amazon for a day?
The one that they're now making a sequel to? The one where they got about 2000 submissions, and had to choose about 30 of them?
Mine was one of the 30.
I have been bouncing up and down every time I think of this, for the past several days. This might end up being even more publicity than the review "Kea's Flight" got in Analog magazine a while ago. I've been living in relative obscurity for so long-- sometimes I fear my need for more fame is getting to be an obsession.
