I mean I used to think they were cool, but now that every single scene kid or hipster is wearing them, it's really annoying. I mean, it's not like I HATE when things get so in style this happens, but everyone just ends up looking like CLONES. Plus it doesn't really look good on EVERYONE. And of course they're so huge that they look like clown glasses on people with smaller faces. I don't know, it's just really annoying to me. What about you guys?

You should see it like this, you can still poke their eyes out when they're wearing their glasses.

The only people who look good in nerd glasses are Johnny Depp and David Tennant.

Well, I like my nerd glasses. I don't much care what others think of them.

I'm mostly talking about the huge amount of Preteens to 16 year olds who turn their 3D glasses into nerd glasses by punching the lenses out.

What other people wear does not bother me at all.

I may disapprove when someone wears something inappropriate to the particular occasion or place, but I don't say anything and it doesn't bother me at all. I simply think to myself that they don't know how to dress, or they weren't taught what is and isn't appropriate, or they can't be bothered to care. Like when girls wear short skimpy dresses to Mass, like they are going out to the club, or grown men come to Mass in shorts and polo shirts like they are going out to the golf course.

I want to make a ridiculous fashion statement and see if I'm cool enough to get other people to do it or if they would just say that poor guy and shake their collective heads.

I've not seen that, but have no reason why it would bother me.

Honnestly, i don't mind at all. Everyone should be able to wear what they like to wear and feel comfortable with. :)

I can see why it annoys you. When an actual nerd wares nerd glasses then people may think that they are a scene kid or hipster.

I got very angry when my cousin copied my tattoo that I drew myself.
People should be able to wear what they like but it does not make certain fashions any less annoying.
