How do you post videos from U tube

I clicked on the you tube symbol above the box im writing in right now, and then typed in the url number. But when I post it just shows the video's url number. There is no screen with play button.

Does it take time to load up, or am i doing it wrong, or what?

That video doesn't exist apparently.
But try putting it into your browser, it will take you to a page like "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V8IToOsDw"
Just use that instead.
so..

You're using the shortened form of a YouTube URL, which won't work with the forum software. You have "youtu.be" but you'll need to use a full "youtube" URL.
As CokaCola mentioned - use your shortened version to get to the "real" URL then paste that into your post between the tags.
