Although my special interests involves science and crafting, I spend about 60-70% of my time (not sleeping, eating, or elsewhere) addicted to this computer T^T. I hate and love the internet... If I finally get off the computer and lower my time to 30-40%, the other 30% is spent on videogames...

i do spend hours upon hours at a time doing crafts, or researching science, whatever I am interested in that month. Of course, I always do a little of both. But I feel like if I can get off the internet, I can spend my entire time devoted to crafting, or science.

How much time do YOU spend browsing the internet daily?

Using a computer for most of the day
Actively browsing the internet, probably a total of two hours or so.

I usually fill my free moments on the internet not doing anything productive. I imagine if I spent that time problem solving, developing ideas, or learning something new I would be better off, but I really don't want to do that when those moments happen.

14 hours online so far. That's about typical.
Not just browsing though - there are plenty of other things going on too.

On a school day, about 7-8 hours. Just about as much time as I'm actually in school.

Being on holidays naturally means the amount of time I spend on the computer increases. At the moment it's probably around 14 hours on a day that I don't have any plans.

Is there something to do during waking hours besides be on the computer?
I'd like to find a way to use my computer while I sleep also.
A dream-state interface would be great.

at my job i am on the computer the whole day.... hmmmm lemme think.... on a weekday:

5:45 to 6:15 - getting ready
6:15 to 7:15 - on the bus (using internet on my phone) - 1 hour
7:30 to 3:30 - at work, on internet - 8 hours
3:45 to 5:00 - on the bus (using internet on my phone) - 1 hour
5:00 to 6:00 - checking email, cooking dinner - 1 hour
6:00 to 7:30 - eating dinner, watching t.v.
7:30 to 10:30 - on internet - 3 hours
10:30 to 11:00 - getting ready for bed
11:00 to 5:45 - sleeping

so.... about 14 hours a day on weekdays
